How it works

Alfred lives where the two of you already talk. Nothing to install, nothing new to check.
Save Alfred to your contacts
One tap on your iPhone. He arrives as a proper contact card, as a butler should.
Start a group text
Make a new iMessage group with your partner and Alfred. That’s the whole installation.
Say hello, then just ask
Try “add dinner with the Smiths Sat 7pm” or send a photo of a school flyer. He takes it from there.
What he handles
Consider it handled.
Ask in plain English, the way you would ask each other. Alfred replies in the thread so you both stay in the loop.
The shared to do list
One list for the two of you. Add, tick off, and ask what’s left, all by text.
The grocery list
“We’re out of coffee” is enough. He keeps the list and reads it back in the aisle.
Reminders for you both
He texts the right person at the right time, or both of you, if that’s what it takes.
The calendar
Plans mentioned in the chat become events, with a quiet confirmation instead of a fuss.
Dinner tonight
Ask for somewhere good nearby and get a real pick with a full street address.
Questions, answered
Opening hours, conversions, what temperature the chicken should be. He’s well read.
Errands, booked and ordered
Alfred will book and order things for your household on his own computer. He always texts to confirm before anything is paid for.

Alfred reads the chats you add him to so he can help. Here is exactly what that means.
- EncryptedYour messages are encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Never soldYour chats are never sold.
- Yours to deleteText “delete my data” any time and an administrator erases it within 30 days.
- Honest about the betaDuring the beta, chats may be viewed to fix problems. Chats help improve Alfred unless you text “stop improving”.
- Plainly statedAlfred is not end-to-end encrypted, and he is an AI, so double-check anything important.
